1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
- A minimum deposit of 50 % of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the departure date.
- We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank transfers.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- The cost of the package includes only the items mentioned in the "Inclusions" section of the itinerary.
- Any additional services (such as special meals, additional activities, or upgrades) will incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges will apply as per our Cancellation Policy (see below).
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
- No refunds will be given for unused services or last-minute cancellations.
- Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) may lead to changes in our policies.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid identification, passports, visas, and permits if required.
- Hillzone Tourism is not responsible for any denial of entry due to insufficient travel documents.
5. Health & Safety
- Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
- Any special medical conditions should be informed before booking.
- Hillzone Tourism is not liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the trip.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Hillzone Tourism is not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or government regulations.
- The company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the itinerary due to safety concerns.
7. Privacy Policy
- Personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential.
- We do not share customer details with third parties, except as required by law.
